This Property is 2-3 minutes walk from the Alona Beach; nesteled in Panglao Island only 150 Meters from the famous Alona Beach.

2 Bungalows (No. 3 & 6), each good for 2 person
1 Studio-Bungalow (No. 9), good for 2 person
1 Pool-House with own Pool/Jacuzzi (No. 4), good for 4 person and
1 Gallery-House with 2 bathrooms and 3 Sleeping-Roomes (No. 5), good for 6 person.
The construction of the Resort has been designed so that there is enough distance to the nearest unit, to ensure that everyone has their own privacy.
The distance of 150 Meters to the Beach guarantee silence day/night.
All our units features low noise Split Air-conditions, an own Internet-Router, a flat 32” LED-TV and a full equipped kitchenette with a huge fridge for self-catering. Large bathrooms feature hot & cold water, free toiletries, big mirrors and a hairdryer.
Outside your unit you find a tropical Garden, a shared lounge area with comfortable chairs and sunbeds. On the Front Desk you get Beach- and Pool-Towels, a laundry-service, a french bakery-service and a support for transfers, Taxi-Service, Trips & Tours.
We are in a 30 minutes-drive from Tagbilaran Airport/Seaport.

All Bank fees in your home country and in the Philippines are to be borne by you! Upon receipt of the amount of the conference course is devise!
At time of booking: 50% of the total amount shall become due, the rest after arrival. Please note, if cancelled, modified or of no-show, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Per unit is a cash-deposit of 5,000.00 PHP (100.00 $ or 100,00 €) to pay, which will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage has occurred.
If you like to pay your Balance while you stay with us, please use PAYPAL, cause here we get immediately a cofirmation that the amount is credit to our account.
If you like to pay with Bank-Transfer, please do it 4 days before the departure.
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guest room accommodation.
A valid Passport / photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Accommodations with access to mini bar alcohol will only be granted to those guests with a valid ID confirming 18 years of age or older.
The A/C units should only be used as necessary and with the environment in mind. Usage during the night and a few hours during the daytime is economical and user friendly. This particular A/C is not meant to be run 24 hours a day or in a continuous mode. The use of the A/C is permitted only for the room where the A/C is located and not to the cooling of other rooms. Doors and windows must be closed. If you leave the unit, the A/C must be off. TIP: Use the Timer!
If you forgot to turn off the AC -after you leave- the unit, we do it for you.
BATH-ROOM & BED, LINEN, TOWELS – LAUNDRY
Every 2 days we change the towels and every 3 days the bed-sheets.
It is not a strong rule – if there is an accident, please tell to us, so that we have a chance to clean it and not to charge you.
On the day you check-out > please handle the towels and the bed-sheets nicely.
Don’t use the towels/bathmat to clean your shoes or something, cause we don’t know if we are able to clean the towels/bathmat and then we have to charge you for that (look to the Damage list).
Please take a shower after using sun-oil or massage-oil to protect the towels and bed-sheets. You have to pay the demages of a Henan-Tatoo where the ink are transfered to the Towels, Bed-Sheets or something. For make-up use only the paper tissue, not the Face-Towels or other towels!

Every day tons of detergent and millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have been only used once.

The costs of the removal of the clogging the toilet, during your stay will be borne by you.
We can’t place an additional Bed in the units, cause the units self are limited for the person per unit. That’s our policies to hold the Standard that we give to us self.
BEACH- & POOL-TOWELS
You can take from Front Desk.
The white towels in your room is not to be used for the pool or beach!
At time of booking 50% of the total amount shall become due, the rest after arrival. Please note, if cancelled, modified or of no-show, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If you check-in already and you like to cancel 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged or check out earlier days.
A lot of our guest like to extend there stay with us, so if you like to do that, please come early to us, so that we can proof if it is possible, cause we get daily bookings.
If you wish we can deliver in the morning fresh, warm French bread rolls to your doorknob. PLEASE ORDER ONE DAY BEFORE at the Front Desk.
We clean the units daily, Bathroom, Living-Area and Terrace!

are free of charge and our staff refill daily the box.

Please avoid leaving any kinds of food out in the open and always use appropriate containers to avoid attracting ants or other insects.
If your trash receptacle is full or needs emptying please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention and we will discard of it right away.
Thank you for helping us keep the Resort and your unit clean and comfortable.
Your fridge is already filled up with sorted non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and other things for your service (look to the price-list in the Guest-Map).
It is up to you to use our offer or bring drinks/food from outside.

The Guard is from 18:00 h – 06:00 h on duty.
Even you go out and come late back, the Guard opens the Gate for you.
If the Guard is not on the gate site, please use the door bell.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. Please use the safe for your valid belongings. The Management will not in anyway what so ever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the Resortroom or the locker or any other part of the Resort for any cause what soever including theft of the belongings of the guest.
GUEST OF THE GUEST
For reasons of insurance must every Guest of the Guest let the name and an ID-Card at the Front Desk or to hand out to the guard at day/night.
The guest of the guest has to leave the area of the resort latest at 22:00 h.
Our guests are responsible for their guests. A liability is excluded on the resort side.
A hair dryer is placed for your convenience in the bathroom.
We clean daily the units.
If you want to stay a whole day in your unit, please give us the time to clean the room and to maintain your unit.
You find in the Guest-Map! Please read to avoid a disappointing.
In all our units is an own router installed to guarantee a perfect connection.
Installed is a Fiberglass-Cable with a power between 50-150 MPS.
Sometimes it can be happen that there is no connection, have patience the signal comes back (the provider work on it or something else).
Normally the connection is stable. Don’t touch or adjust something on the router otherwise we have to charge you for the new adjustment thru the technician.
Please load no movies down, it will influence the performance of all users.
The Internet is free of charge.
We are an Adult-Only Resort, we do not accommodate kids.
All guests must be mimimum 18 years to confirm guest room accommodation.
Use the Kitchen wisely.
The preparation of any Seafood, Durian and smelly food is strictly prohibited!
If cooking of Seafood or smelly food or Durian is detected in your room a fee of 15,000.00 PHP (300.00 $ or 300,00 €) will be applied on your bill in order to cover the extensive cost of deep cleaning and restoring the room to a smellfree condition.
It is strictly forbidden to wash your laundry in the unit, use the laundry-service at the Front Desk!
In the event of luggage being lost or misplaced by the airlines, please contact the Front Desk for assistance. We will be pleased to provide you with basic toiletries should you require them.
Please help us maintain our rooms in the best possible condition. If there is anything in your room that needs the attention of our Engineering or Housekeeping, please advise our front desk for assistance.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Resort premise .
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Resort forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason what so ever, and the guests hall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
Please order right in time – best one day before your Massage.

The therapist brings a blanket with to protect the beddings, if you like the massage inside your room. If you get an oil-massage, please take a shower before you use the towel and/or the bed.
Off course you can have also your massage in the lounge area. Ask the staff for the thin mattress, so that you have a comfortable massage.
NOICE / DISTURBANCE
The Resort reserves the right to charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation is given too their guests due to noise.
Please be respectful to all other guests and adhere to our “Quiet Hours”.
Please NO loud noise after 10 PM. Radio, Smartphone and/or TV are to be used at a “room-level” volume; also loud talking outside.
Free private parking is available on site (reservation is needed). Every Car or Motorcycle must be registered. Please give at the Front Desk the Plate-No. and the Unit-No. where you accommodate.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO’S
Using photographs and video’s taken in the Resort for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO , OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT .
Are not allowed in the Resort – only the Guard has sometimes a German shepherd for your protection at night.

Your room has been designated as a non-smoking room.
If smoking is detected in your room, a fee of 15,000.00 PHP (300.00 $ or 300,00 €) will be applied on your bill in order to cover the extensive cost of deep cleaning and restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.
Off course – you can smoke on your terrace area.
Ask at the Front Desk for an ash-tray.
Attention! Philippines President R. Duterte has signed an law order banning smoking (also vaping or the use of electronic cigarettes) in public across the Philippines. The ban, which carries a penalty of 4 month in jail and a fine of 5,000.00 Pesos (100$), covers both indoor and outdoor smoking.
TAX, FEE & SERVICE
The Government Taxes of 12% is included in the Resort price.
Additional Fees are subject to the manner.
The Service-Charge of 200.00 PHP is valid per stay/unit.
Please use the white towels only in the room.
Don’t use the towels or face-towels for cleaning make-up – please use the
paper facial-tissues in the bathroom.
For the Pool & Beach you get extra towels at the Front Desk;
it is strictly prohibited to use the white towels for the Pool or Beach.

Use the water wisely to support the environment.
Purified-Drinking-Water you find in the 18 Liter-Can, it is free and will be automatic refilled from the Housekeeping.
